§ 1 General

Your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, e-mail address, phone number, bank details, credit card number) shall only be processed by us in accordance with the provisions of the German Data Protection Act. The following regulations contain information on the nature, extent and purpose of the collection, processing and use of your personal data. This Privacy Statement applies only to our Internet pages. § 2 Inventory Data

(1) Your personal data, to the extent that it is necessary for the establishment, development or amendment of the contractual relationship (inventory data), shall be used exclusively for fulfilment of the contract. For example, your name and address must be passed on to the shipping provider for the delivery of goods.

(2) Your personal data shall not be passed on to third parties that are not part of the contract without your express consent. Following completion of contract fulfilment, your data shall be blocked against further use. This data shall be deleted once the provisions according to German fiscal and commercial law have expired, unless you have expressly consented to its further use.
